As I am unable to get a local renderer working, I am still using the
public renderer (I greatly want to change this; and I added a request
on here for a VMWare with ubuntu on it.)

So I am using whatever version you have.

The inter-article links work usually, but not when the links are in an
infobox. As stated, the document shows the arrow (->) in front of the
text, but it is not clickable.
