Hi, I have got the collection extension up-and-running and produce PDF's successfully using my own rendering service. I have been modifying the page templates and some settings that influence the look-and-feel of the generated PDFs (like big image on the title page, small image on the header of every page, page number in the footer, font and font- sizes, alignment of text-in-table, etc.)
Two things I cannot get working however: - title and subtitle of the book in the page header of every page (I only get them on the title page) - tables left aligned (so not the text in the table, but the entire table) Any hints?
