Hi all, I just installed the collection extension (svn co from today revision 57801 ) and set up an render server. Unfortunately there is no Special:book page in my wiki. My mediawiki version is 1.15.1, PHP is 5.3.0(fcgi). I followed the readme, but I don't have Special:book page.
