Once again, I don't have full control over the system here so there were things I didn't know. It seems there are some firewall things here that are likely preventing this from working.
Per our network guys, can you tell me: What exactly does pediapress.com need to send to the MediaWiki server... what types of data, ports, etc. The question is really: why does the MediaWiki server have to be accessible over the internet.
