I can't really test this since I can't fetch articles from your wiki or view templates.

I suspect that using a template as an argument for another template is the problem, but I am speculating...

{{ReflexField|{{ModuleWarningInLine|Order}}TEST|Testing}}

Could you please post a minimal example on http://simple.pediapress.com/w

I have some serious problems with tables I use in my Wiki. I use the
tables in templates. The output of the table or the use of the
template is the same in the Wiki. But the output to a PDF is a mess.
The tables store all kinds of important messages to our customers, who
use the Wiki. What ca I do?

I've attached 2 files:
1. An image of the output in the wiki>> TableProblemsV1.png
2. The PFD output>>    TableProblemsV1.pdf

You can also look at:http://nl.reflexwiki.net/index.php?title=Zandbak

I hope anyone can help. If it can't be solved in de extension, maybe
someone has a tip of making the table massages in an other way.

Thanks.
