Sorry that this question got burried.

We at pediapress can't really help since we have no experience with windows.

Have you tried installing re2c manually (as the error msg suggests)?

Even if you have no experience with linux I'd suggest that you try installing some linux distro (e.g. Ubuntu) as a virtual machine on your windows box.

Volker

Is there someone who can help my colleague, or is the best to stay at

Thanks for responding.

Hello,

We're setting up a render server
usinghttp://code.pediapress.com/wiki/wiki/WindowsSetup.
Since we haven't got a Linux server, nor the knowledge to maintain
one, we're bound to our W2K3 server.
Everything went well until
stephttp://code.pediapress.com/wiki/wiki/WindowsSetup#Step2:Getlatestmwli...
When I run 'python setup.py install' it says:

re2c 0.13.5
Error: please install re2c fromhttp://re2c.org

Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be? I followed every
step in the document exactly, except for the fact that I couldn't find
MinGW-5.1.4 and had to go for version 5.1.6.
