The "official" locations for mwlib.rl are:
* http://pypi.python.org/pypi/mwlib.rl (latest stable version)
* http://code.pediapress.com/git/mwlib.rl (latest dev version)
But that is probably not the cause for your problem.
Can you please post a URL to a mediawiki article with a minimal example
that shows the problem
