Hi,
I don't know what exactly the problem is, but I don't think it's the
Collection Extension.
I can fetch articles manually with mw-zip on the command line. And I can
also display the API page in the browser which fails to load in your log:
http://www.jtatoday.info/wiki/api.php?action=parse&redirects=1&oldid=333&format=json
There might be some problem with the connection, some firewall, proxy...

I've reported this to the ISP provider, but they are blaming it on the
code.

On the left, click on Book Creator.
A special:book page opens up, click on Start book creator.
A new page will load, click on Add this page to your book , then click
on Suggest pages
Then click on the first green + on the left. Repeat until there are no
more green +. (247 pages, with all the references)
Once that is done, on the right, click show.
Place a Title (Evolution)
Place a subtitle (User's and Reference guide)
Click on Sort alphabetically.
Lastly, click on Download as PDF in the right.
Wait a couple of minutes....
