but it seems to me that it is not possible to create new users on
code.pediapress.com Trac installation, or at least I've not found
where!
Unfortunately we had to close down registration of new users since we
got a terrible amount of spam. Locking down the wiki is exactly ideal, I
know that. But if you want to submit bugs you can still do so on the
mailing list or on the wikimedia bugtracker:
