Danke die Antwort hat mich auf den Richtigen weg gebracht: Ich betreibe eine mediawiki farm und der render service greift sich, aus einem mir noch nicht bekanntem Grund, die falsche IP addresse und bekommt daraufhin nicht die Antwort die er braucht. Solllte ich auf dieses Problem eine Lösung finden werde ich sie hier Ergänzen.
