mwlib group: I've got my collections extension working and it points to:
$wgCollectionMWServeURL = "http://tools.pediapress.com/mw-serve/";; Everything works, except when I create a pdf, I don't get a table of contents. So I guess I can create my own mw-server - which would be a royal pain, since my webserver is running on gentoo, or.... Is there someone else out there that is running mw-serve that I could connect to? What does wikipedia use? When you create books from them you get a table of contents.
