On a MediaWiki, {{SERVER}} is supposed to be replaced by the server
name, {{SCRIPTPATH}} by the path of the MediaWiki script on the
server, etc... I wanted to make use of those variables by linking to
my own wiki in the wiki itself, so there would be a nice link in the
PDF generated from the wiki. However, this link is displayed as
"http://en.wikipedia.org"; instead of my own server's name when
