I installed and could not start creating pdf, ten read this list and found that I needed to name my server which fixed the first issue. I now get a long error report as below: I run this on a macbook 10.8.3 and MediaWiki 1.19.2 with the intension to maintain my wiki offline and distribute its content as PDF.
