Hi, I don´t remember honestly, surely back then we used this a lot and it got fixed somehow. Although if it serves of any purpose, the collection extension is no longer doing books, just single pdfs which is not much better than printing as pdf, and most time it fails to do a pdf of a single page with error: There was an error while attempting to render your book.
So we´re no longer using it at all... Good luck!
