Has anyone tested MLO's performance with a large number of tasks?

I'm in evaluation mode at the moment and MLO is rapidly becoming my
central point for all tasks and information in my life.

I can honestly say I actually feel more relaxed because I’ve finally
implemented Dave Allen GTD thanks to the powerful features in MLO. So
it seems MLO is actually good for your health! (that's a first for
software for me)

I do have one concern however, the capacity and performance of MLO,
especially on the Pocket PC. I've only been using it for 15 days and
I'm already well above 300 tasks. I can't imagine this is going to get
smaller.

I'm a very busy person and require a serious amount organization and
information to run the multiple projects both professionally and
personally that I undertake.

I know I can archive and create multiple files but that can only work
with old stuff I no longer need.

So finally to the questions:

How big is your MLO file and how is the performance on the Pocket PC?
How is the performance on the desktop?

This should help with my purchase decisions.

Thanks

Chris.
