Good point, Glen. Maybe this request can really be split up into two: one for the drag & drop enhancement as Glen requested, and the other for an Outlook button.
Of course, the assumption behind this is that the portable version of MLO can't display a button in Outlook. I use the portable version of the software Roboform, a password manager, that displays a toolbar in IE/firefox when it's executed from a thumbdrive. Maybe portable MLO can do the same in Outlook?
