With the latest version, if I want to collapse my entire outline
(something that is VERY useful in the PPC version), I have to choose
Edit/Task Operations/Collapse Entire outline. This is too
inefficient. I need a button that is always on the toolbar that does
the same thing.

At the moment, if I hit the up down arrow on the toolbar to show the
secondary toolbar, there is an Expand All button there, but no
Collapse All button. To get the Collapse all choice, I first have to
hit the Expand all button. Currently, the button is not smart enough
to realize that parts or my outline are already expanded, and so show
the Collapse All button instead.

The solution would be to provide a Collapse All button next to the
existing Expand All button. That way, I can hit one or the other,
(and who is using Expand All in the PPC version by the way?!!!)
Collapse All is far more useful.

Please consider adding this as part of the existing round of beta
work. I hope it should be relatively simple.

Thanks for listening.

Phil.
