For replacing the notes control for many reasons:
* Rich text for notes, including bulleted text.
* Undo mechanism in note field is inconsistent
with the rest of MLO undo mechanism.
* Copying rich text into the note field
INITIALLY shows some rich attributes, being
converted to plain text only AFTER selecting
a different task. Although not a bug, it
confuses inexperienced users.
