Hi Jon

If this program is robust enough you may get some interest from the education 
community. You would need to secure the switch on/off option with a password or 
administration only account though.

OK good idea! I've created a new Google Group:
http://groups.google.com/group/ComputerDiscipline

Switching on and off is very easy, just right click or double click on
the tray icon and from there you can start or stop the program.

I'll try to post some screenshots to the new google group.
