I guess a lot of this goes to the notion of how you use the tool. I use it by dating the tasks that I consider 'live' and then clicking the 'Hide Undated Items' checkbox in the ToDo list view. We I finally got a 'SmartPhone' and sprung for the PocketPC version of MLO to go with the Desktop Pro. I do not seem to be able to find this functionality in the Windows Mobile version. Does it exist? Is there a workaround? I really hate to completely change the way I use the tool due to the Windows Mobile version. Hopefully I just have not found it in the config settings on the Mobile version.
