I'd suggest that the "Do not create a completed copy" checkbox be moved to the main "Task Recurrence" dialog. It then may not need to be sticky because it could be easily changed. Unlike the other advanced options, this one isn't really not too advanced. Also, the other advanced options probably shouldn't be sticky.
This would be a very simple change that would take minimal programming effort. If the value isn't stored and the same behaviour retained, I would also like to suggest that the item should be worded "Create a completed copy" with a default of checked.
