Then about 3 months ago I discovered a work around that works most of the time for me. Granted it is a limited solution. It only works if the spacing between the tasks and the leadtime is approximately the same (actually completely the same), and if the task sequence is recurring or has lots of subtasks. The way I do it: 1. You make a head task, with a recurrence pattern and leadtime that matches the spacing between each of the subtasks. 2. Go into the advanced option of the recurrence and select: "Reset all subtasks to uncompleted, if all subtasks are completed" and "Automatically recur when _any_ subtask is completed". 3. Check the "Complete subtasks in order". 4. Then enter your tasks as subtasks in the right order. Now when you mark of the first subtask, the due date gets reset, and the second task will be X days/weeks/etc due after the first task and the third task will be X days/weeks/etc due after the second task. And The first task will be due again X days/weeks/etc due after the last task. Okay this is no solution if the first task needs 1 week the next 2 etc.. Or if you only have 2 tasks. But as I said before at the moment this works for me.
