Fixed Time tasks should be higher in the ToDo list than today tasks - from urgency standpoint (all other things being equal).
Explanation: Today tasks are expected to be done by the end of the day. It is expected that fixed time tasks should be done by the deadline time specified. However, currently, if I assign a task, say, 9:00 time, it goes to the end of the ToDo list (sorting by importance is disabled). This could be fixed. If anybody agrees / disagrees, pls comment.
