I totally love this version 3, especially given to opportunities for
custom visual make overs, automatic color coding of tasks utilizing a
superb rules creation tool...
This combined with the algorithms to compute task list that is
automatically organized according to a sophisticated set of
(customizable) variables - makes MyLifeOrganized a total stand out in
the world of task/project management tools.
There is only one addition I can think of that I would like to see as
soon as possible is as follows:
Right down we can add web & file links to task notes - and drag and
drop Outlook items to create new Tasks - fantastic! - What would be
even better is the ability to:
- Use other windows registered protocols to create links to other
products like Mind Manager. Mind Manager V8 enables you to copy a
Topic as a hyperlink - so I would like to be able to paste links like
this:
mj-map:///C:\Users\Ian%20Goldsmid\Documents\My%20Maps\Email%20Marketing
%20Automation%20Rules.mmap#oid={CCE57ED2-7C01-42CA-BD44-C56083D9D246}
and be able to activate them from an MLO task Note...
One further request would be to be able to drag and drop, (or paste)
web links, other links like the Mind Manager protocol, and files onto
a task in the Outline or To Do list and have them attach to the task
itself rather than the Note - then be able to launch that link by
access to it in the Task context menu...
