Please don't blame Andrey for the lack of the PPC user guide. I told him I
would update the user guide for MLO and I haven't done that. We had a
two deaths in the family, I took on a new job that is taking 60 hours per
week, and my two teenage boys have required a little more attention than I
expected (driving, school, girl friends, etc.).
If I had done my part, Andrey would have some free time to work on your
request.
