Hello Terry,
I've got exactly the same problem on my HTC Touch HD. Whenever I start
MLO via the integrated HTC program launcher I get this message saying
that I need to install ADO, even if ADO is already installed. I must
admit that I don't use the original HTC ROM but a custom ROM so may be
this is the problem why it doesn't work as expected.

I found two workarounds.
The first one is not very comfortable but works. I installed MLO and
ADO on my storage card. To start the program, I don't use the HTC
integrated program launcher but I open the good old Total Commander
and start MLO.exe directly from the storage card.

The second one is more comfortable but not very usefull for one who
works with different MLO data files. Since I have only one data file,
it is my preferred way to start MLO. I created a shortcut or link in
the start menu which points to my MLO mlp file. I added it to my HTC
program launcher like I did it with any other program and it works.

Brgds Bill

PS.: Please excuse my bad english but it is not my mother tongue.
