I've been keeping a subset of my MLO data synced with Toodledoo, using Outlook as an intermediary. I then use my iPhone and the Toodledoo app to access this MLO info while out and about.
Not the most elegant solution, but it's keeping me going until a MLO native iPhone app is done. I have a view in MLO set up called 'iPhoneSync' that contains tasks that I could do/be reminded from my iPhone. So my @Errands, my @Calls and a list of projects that need to be brainstormed. This view then gets synced to Outlook. And then the Toodledoo app syncs it into its system and onto the iPhone. The only real problem I've had with it so far is that, my MLO tasks have multiple contexts. These are mapped to multiple folders in Outlook, but Toodledoo only has room for one folder. So the rest go missing. A minor niggle. Apart from that, it seems to work reasonably well for me. I probably wouldn't be brave enough to sync my entire list to Toodledoo this way, but for this subset of tasks, I'm willing to go with it.
