+1  While I can imagine one's system wherein flags are not part of the
definition of the item but just a state which should be reset anytime
the task is copied, this may not be how everyone's system uses flags.
Therefore, like any other property, they should be copied as-is.  They
can be corrected manually if one's system requires it.
