Hi,
although you could find more complicated automated solutions, in my
opinion the quickest way is simply to import all the tasks to MLO and
then manually add the projects and subprojects to them (manually
copying this information from Outlook). Complicated as it sounds, at
the end it will really be the easiest solution. Especially when using
keyboard shortcuts for moving, demoting task, setting tasks as
projects etc. Other option would be to copy information from Outlook
Add-in "project" field to "project" field, which is created by MLO in
Outlook when first synchronizing them. But I am not sure if it would
work flawlessly.
