When you hit Ctrl+M to move a task, would it be possible to replace
the OK button with two buttons: one to add the task as the first task
in the list of children; and one to add the task as last task in the
list.

One of the (many) frustrations with the current Move Task mechanism is
that you cannot control the placing of a task in the list of children
when you drop it on a parent.

An alternative approach would to be to provide a configuration optoin
which changes the behaviour of the Move dialog so that the task being
moved is inserted after the chosen task rather than as a child of the
chosen task which would allow for more accurate placement.

Note: my strong prefence remains for MLO to allow multiple windows to
be opened on the same file and to provide for drag and drop between
the two windows.
