This would be useful in itself so that you can enter +15mins to set a reminder time 15 mins before the Start Date/Time (without having to work out the time)
It would also solve an annoyance that has not been resolved by 3.0.1 which is that sometimes the reminder time for a task gets an offset from the state date/time and the only way that you can bring the two back into alignment (as far as I can see) is to type the current state date/time into the reminder box.
