yes, you are right, it could happen – disallowing completion would be
good idea. Moreover, I think outline is usually used more for overview
of the tasks, daily review etc. and whole-day “hard” work is usually
done from to-do view, including completion of the tasks, so this
disallowing would not be disruptive.
