Further to this.. I think one key difference between how different instances of MLO (ie the one on my home PC and my work PC, which are both 3.01) treat the same file is that when my home PC views a ToDo list, revealing the properties pane squashes the Description column. But this does not happen on the MLO on my work PC where the properties pane simply covers over the columns on the right hand side of the ToDo view.
