Given that Folders are designed to be fundamentally different entities in the Outline structure from tasks, I'd like to suggest an alternative format for the Properties Pane when these items are selected in the Outline. In my view, the only properties that are relevant for a folder are Contexts, Notes, and a Hidden functionality (re To-Do list visibility) - all preferably displayed on the same tab. (These entities should automatically carry neutral importance and urgency scores).
