I think that if I sort by Start Date ascending, and a task doesn't have one, it shouldn't be at the end after all the future dated tasks. I'm not sure how I would want it to work though....
I think I would like to have a sort option (both in the Outline and in Task Views) for "HasStartDate" - then I could choose whether to put them at the beginning or end for a particular view. Otherwise, I think I would want undated tasks to sort as if they started just after today. So I would like to see past-dated tasks first, then today's, then undated, then future. That might be strange though to others.
