I have a number of recurring activities which occur in arbitrary way - for example, I have a checklist of what I need to take with me when going on a client visit. What I would like is something like the current recurrence model with all its options (eg Reset all tasks to uncompleted if all subtasks are completed' and 'Automatically recur when all sub-tasks are complete') but for MLO to prompt me for the next date and time - so that I can set this to when I am going on my next client visit. In fact, thinking about it, it would be good to have two tick box options for all recurrence options
* Confirm next date/time - which would display a dialog box showing the next date/time based on the recurrence pattern when you complete the task and allow you override * Allow override - which would make the Due date/time editable in the properties panel (this has been a much requested feature to allow people to make adjustments to the date once it has fallen due) (and which would disable checking of the entered override date against the recurrence criteria) which if combined with additional 'Recurrence pattern' of 'None' would meet the requirement outlined above. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
