Lisa Thank you for your reply. I initially did not realize how this worked, somehow I thought it was the same data presented with different templates and didn't realize the actual data was different for different samples. The File New does bring in the different sample data - this was not clear to me. Then I had to realize that I had to save the changes and do a File / Open not a File New to return to my data. Not bad, once I know what to do.
