Hi Bluesky94! 1) PocketPC does not required desktop in general and can be used as standalone product. However due to limitations of the mobile platforms (including the screen size) the following desktop features do not work on mobile: - Customization of the views. Only most common predefined views are available on mobile - Rules based and custom formatting - Flags (however starred tasks and starred view are in plans for mobile platform and desktop) - Customize columns in views - ... others can add if I forgot anything.
2) There is a view on PPC "By due date" where you can review all overdue tasks and take needed action. Andrey.
