Hi Sunil and All, The desktop version with iPhone sync capabilities will be FREE update for those who have 3.x license. It will be minor update - not major update and you will not pay for the upgrade of desktop version.
We do not plan to offer discount for MLO iPhone if you already have MLO Deskotp or buy together since Apple Store does not seem support it. So there is absolutely no reasons to procrastinate with purchase. Buy now and stay organized! :) Andrey.
