If, for a new entry, I go to the date and time dialog box, and first click on Use Time (which results in todays time and data being entered automatically into the date/time boxes), and then I go and enter a time entry WITHOUT the ':' the times dissapear, the date changes to the year of the last two digits I entered, and the Use Time box becomes unchecked. If I try to check the Use Time box again, it remains unchecked, but the year on the date progresses by one year (and there is no time shown).
