I have tried a lot of task managers, all resulting in a depressing long list of projects, and things to do, which did not help to get my life organised. That was even more depressing become it usually took a lot of time to make such a list. The brilliant aspect of MLO is the context possibility and the intelligent way to create an managable todo list., and the fact that you can enter tasks in a very easy way. And: you can easily reorganize tasks, an aspect not always present in task managers.
