Hi Lisa,

thanks for stopping by :)

Thanks Eberhard for your chip in :)

I have already found a way to produce the list I want and I'm soooo
happy :)

I was making an enormous mistake and it is linked with " project
member's responsability tracking"
http://groups.google.com/group/mylifeorganized/browse_thread/thread/cfb7904aad9ebfc9

I so badly needed a way to track all the different (mini)projects
identified in my project, but I really struggled to produce a print-
out by "person"/owner... Thing is, when somebody was assigned an
outcome I would create a project and tag it with his/her name but
then, if a small action was on me in order to move it forward, since
that project was not empty, it wouldn't just pop on the To-Do list as
it didn't need to claim for my attention... but I was commiting a big
mistake here since I was missusing the "To-Do" view for tracking
projects that were not actionable.

I have found the solution I should have thought of from the very
begining: work off the Outline view, export it onto excel and apply
filters by "owner"... dead simple!! Voilà, when I want to track
other's responsabilities, I just tag a project with their name/context
and should we have a meeting, I would then print out this excel
thinggy and I'm all set.

Anybody willing to give me a hand with automatizing that? wanna create
a good template based on Macros or something so I can get that report
within a couple of seconds.

Thanks a lot to everybody
