I'd like a "heading" checkbox in the Manage Views dialog that allows
a view to show up, but not be selectable/configurable in the Views:
menu, so that I can use it as a heading to group other
views. Ideally I would like headings to be listed in bold in the Views: menu.
I'd also like the "Manage Views..." to be accessible through the
Tools menu as well as where it is now - I always expect it to be next
to "Manage Contexts" and have to remember and find it in the regular list.
