Hi Bill,

I can answer the part about the integration with Netcentrics GTD Add-
in. Andrey added several more user defined fields of data that get
synced to Outlook in order to fully support v3.x of the GTD Add-in.
You can view the list of synchronized fields by going to File\Outlook
Synchronization...\Advenced (button) and clicking on the User Defined
Fields tab.

I'm finding this a very powerful solution which allows me to use MLO
as my primary GTD tool but automate the creation of tasks when
processing email within Outlook and sync these tasks back to MLO. In
addition projects & subprojects created in MLO are synced to Outlook
and viewable within the GTD Add-in "Project Central" window.

There are some limitations which I have outlined below:

1) For all Projects and Subprojects in MLO you must have the “This is
a project” checkbox enabled on the MLO properties page. This can also
be achieved with Alt+J.

2) In Outlook Sync Options \ General (tab). I recommend disabling
(unchecking) the “Remove tasks from Outlook not visible in MLO To-Do
view:”. This is how I am testing for now. If you must use this (or
desire to) you must make sure that you are using a filter that
includes all project and subproject tasks or they will not show up and
be usable within the GTD Add-In. I find it much easier to sync
everything and then setup a custom view in outlook which categorizes
by Context, etc. (even though I have over 1000 items, sync time is
quite short and working well).

3) In Outlook Sync Options \ Outlook Categories (tab)\ Assign MLO
Projects to this Category only. Checkbox must be disabled (unchecked).
Otherwise Subprojects with have their category names changed when
synced to Outlook.

4) Another limitation to keep in mind is that the GTD Add-in cannot
handle multiple contexts for a single action. Therefore you must be
sure that every task in MLO only has a single context assigned to it.

5) Projects and subprojects created in the Add-in are not designated
as such when synched back to MLO. Therefore I recommend only using
manual syncing and immediately process these items in MLO once they
are synced back by checking the project box and moving them into their
correct parent/child relationship.

Please let me know if I can answer any additional questions about this
integration.

Josh
