It does seem a bit odd. You can change from All to Available or
Active but then you can't save the view. I would expect one of these
as the default, but wasn't starred view added for an integration -
maybe it needs to contain completed tasks too.
You can, however, save a copy and then turn of the showing of the Starred View.
