It’s my understanding that Autofocus is an extension of “Do It
Tomorrow.” In DIT, the “call Billy Bob a week from Tuesday” type
tasks are stored in the Diary Calendar and NOT on the tasks pages.

So to answer your question, NO, pages in Autofocus aren’t views. You
store the tasks that “you can if willing to work on” there. So when
you delete a page of uncompleted tasks you are also removing all of
those tasks from your workload.

Therefore to keep a “new” or “re-visited” page, all you need to do is
work on one item on that page, just one for like fifteen minutes. If
you can’t talk yourself into doing that, then none of the items on the
page are really worth doing in the first place. So you throw them all
away.

Again, Autofocus doesn’t prioritize your tasks, if you think it, just
write it down. Autofocus lets your “willingness to work” on an item
determine the prioritization of a task including whether you should be
doing it at all.

And yes, Forster says you CAN re-add some task from that list back on
your newly forming page but he discourages it. He also encourages you
if you really want to do that to “wait” for awhile or at least until
you think you can commit yourself to actually work on that task.

Hope that helps...
