Does anyone have a system that can maintain the "sticky notes"
function with MLO?

I've not found any perfect way. I do have a special view that keeps just my flagged tasks (the ones I want in my face) without extra columns and such, so that I can resize the MLO window and put it in a corner and leave it there. Now I have a separate small Mimo screen, so I usually have MLO on that.

I will say, though, that I used to use stickies a lot and make them stay on top. It wasn't long before I was completely ignoring them, moving them mostly off of the screen, etc. I found at least for myself it was more about retraining my processes than having the fix through software. The same is true for reminders - I would schedule things, even have reminders, but it didn't help.

What I *have* found helpful is to use the GTD methodology to keep all of my tasks in MLO instead of my head, and then keep an updated, limited view of what I want to focus on. I think the reason I needed the stickies was because my head was too full trying to keep track of everything.
