Hi Ely, This is neither a bug nor a "problem"; this is a design feature of MLO. The fact that every subtask of a parent task that is a Week Goal gets the same Red Exclamation Point Week Goal icon might have been your first clue! :)
The idea behind this is if you designate a parent task as a weekly goal, then most certainly all of the subtasks that must be completed for the parent task to be completed, must be weekly goals as well. In this way, the subtasks of weekly goals show up as weekly goals in the goal view of the outline view as well as customized views in the To-Do view with Week Goals as filtering criteria. You could argue that the subtasks should also have the Week Goal radio button selected, but I would most strenuously disagree with that position. I think it is very efficient and logical to designate the parent task as a weekly goal and have all of its subtasks get the Red Exclamation Point icon indicating it's a weekly goal as well and getting its computed-score boost to the top of the list.
