The move task dialog should have a tick box added described as
"inherit new parent context" . If the box is ticked, any moved tasks
will inherit contexts from the destination, if not, the contaxts will
stay the same.

I would not like to be prompted every time i drag and drop a task but
I find using the control M shortcut is a great way of moving a task or
bunch of tasks, say, from an inbox to it's place in the hierarchy.

Personally, most of the time I'd like to move the task and inherit the
context of the destination parent and that's how the option is set in
the advanced move behaviour. However sometimes I don't want it to, and
I thought, actually there's space in the dialog box for a tick box,
which could allow you to decide whether or not you wish to inherit
contexts for this move.

This could get it's setting initially (per session) based on the
setting in the dialog. Or it could take that setting every time move
is invoked. I'm not sure which would be best, although in my case I
expect I'd like it to always a default to the setting from the
options.
