Hi, I try to discover how to calculate the time required for a whole task, or prject ?
Main task : 1. Sub1 : 10 min 2. Sub2 : 30 min 3. Sub3 : 20 min Main Task should tell me total duration is 10+30+20 = 60 min, or, at least MAX (10, 30, 20) = 30 min ! This would help me to organize my day. If I modify it to become : Main Task : 1. Sub1 : 10 min 2. Sub2 : 30 min (if Sub 1 completed) 3. Sub3 : 20 min (if Sub 2 completed) ==> Setting StartDate&Tile of Main Task to 2010/04/15 16:00 it should calculate the ending date (or "calculated" ending data) to be 2010/04/15 17:00 ==> At least, in the Main Task I should see : Total calculated/ estimated time is 1 hour !
